I'm fascinated with urban decay, but find it difficult to get that 'grubby city at night' feeling when making lots. I was quite happy with how this little set turned, though... And since I only implemented three screenshots of it in MF, I'm afraid you'll have to suffer the rest here, hah!
Ahh, I imagine this as the back of a poker club, located next to an abandoned warehouse and a cheap bordello of some sort. Guess that shows the gutter my mind is in.

Now that I'm picspamming here anyway, here are a few pictures of sims I found in my IS-account: Eylam, some rich bohemian wannabe, and...some version of Enlai, I think. I do so like looking back at things every once in a while.

And before I forget, here's the obligatory music recommendation.

Ik bedenk me net dat ik gisteren van Kooten en de Bie heb gemist. Verdeurie zeg. X(

Can anyone from mainland China tell me if Imageshack.us is indeed blocked from the Chinese network? A significant part of the internet/sim forums will probably look empty it is is - this blog included. (You won't need a Dreamwidth account to comment here, by the way).

I know I already posted this room in the Coffin thread, but I like having my stuff in one place. Err, I guess you could see it as a preview for MF's next chapter (which is again taking too long). I'll leave the description, because it was actually rather spoiler-tastic.

And the dude himself (big head haha...):

Here is a content list:
- Walls are by Matilda.
- Bed, white chairs, tables, chandelier, cupboards and benches are by Alexis. (It basically started as an excuse to use this stunning set.)
- Windows, briefcase, cloth on desk, plant next to cupboard and fancy lamp are by Adele (the window is actually a black recolour I did to fit the overall colour scheme more)
- Fancy candelabra on cupboard, candle on books are from VitaSims.
- Candles on table, paintings, other clutter on desk (I slightly edited the mesh to fit on regular tables) are by Aviolina.
- White curtain recolours by Amaranth.
- Bible on desk is by Sims Design Avenue.
- White flowers are from the EAStore coughmatycough.
- Pile of books is by N-a-n-u.
- Books on cupboard are by Padre.
- Sandalwood burner on cupboard is by M&TSims.
- Black vase with cranes is by Dincer.
- Antique screen recolour by Bosie (but I don't remember the forum this was posted at or if it even still exists, alas).
- Black Hand tapestry (Maxis recolour) is by myself, part of my 2008 Secret Santa gift to Garnet. The clipboard is part of my first pile of extracted Fallout 3 stuff.

Thanks to everyone for their amazing work! I hope this is helpful in finding what you're looking for.

You can listen to Nefeli here at Youtube - it's a pretty piano song.

I just realised I still have 3 Dreamwidth invite codes laying around. Just give me a poke here or at LJ if you'd like to have one.

Anyway, I've been extracting some more stuffs from the Point Lookout and the Pitt DLCs for Fallout 3. Particularly all 48530840 variations of these dolls that are hanging around in Point Lookout. I seem to have something of a weakness for dolls staked on poles and hanging from trees; rather unnerving perhaps, heh:

And to keep it Sims2 related, here are the spoils of some stomping around in my game. The Venetian noble idea of the first was the result of anticipation for Assassin's Creed 2 (can you say GANZ GEIL? Oooh Ezio!) and the second is bloody Lei all over again.

Bet all you fellow Europeans know this one from Eurovision, but Secret Garden's Nocturne is stuck in my head all over again. I love those folks so much.
