Hmm, that is strange - it should definitely be included. I took out all my downloads to check if I included the wrong skin, downloaded and installed him, and he shows up with the correct skin for me. Do you use CleanInstaller? Are you sure you didn't uncheck 'b9d500b6_TeruKAlienGreen' when installing? If so, does the skin itself show up in Bodyshop anyway?
If it's still not there, I've uploaded all the files for him here, including the skin. Just put it all in your Downloads folder as always.
