hey, nono, you don't have to buy everything again. you should call (or go) to the main office, complain about that, they have lost what you've bought/sent. If they can't get it back they must pay you the things you sent... TwT
the package didn't arrive to my city, I went to the post office and they didn't have anything with my name on it...
