Good news, it's not the hands, they're attached perfectly. XD
You somehow ended up with completely different joints than the ones used in the game, like so:


Luckily the fix is very easy: Open a random AM mesh that does have the correct joints in Milkshape, import your mesh into it, and delete the other mesh. That's all! Here's your non-exploding mesh, and good luck!
