Hmmm... They show up fine for me on all the slaved meshes. Could it be you still have the original versions in your game? Search your Downloads folder for file names starting with "Azaya_ExtractedChineseFood", and delete the files that do not have 'SLAVE' and 'MASTER'-suffixes (except for Azaya_ExtractedChineseFood_Chopsticks.package).
