I'm not much in formal male clothes but the formal bottoms, that can be combined with various tops, are perfect. All female skinny jeans are just great. And, I envy your skill to make beautiful black clothing texture :p.

Ah, that's easy. The black one is a Maxis floor (not sure which EP it comes with though, sorry) with Murano's reflective floors (millennium set) and the wood floor is my own, from this set.
