[Object] Bamboo slip.

Thank-you for the well-wishes, everyone!
I don't want this place to die out entirely juuust yet, so here's a thing from the pile of unshared personal stuff: A bamboo slip/book. They were used to record the written word in China from about 1000 B.C. to 400 A.D., until paper became cheaper to produce.

It was initially a retexture of a similar object by Qingming from Zifengling/Sims2Heaven, but I wanted to edit the mesh and use bigger textures, so I decided to just make my own to avoid breaking any sort of policy (it's just a square block after all). So credits to them for the idea I nicked. Textures were from various sources.

Oh wow! These are amazing and beautiful! I love the texture of the woods, especially on the darkest one. :) And the writing on them is equally beautiful. Thank you for sharing these! *hugs*

God they're lovely Yuxi, thanks a lot for sharing. I especially like the fourth recolour, one in the picture - no idea why xP and I adore the quality of your textures, really.

Also, can I bother and ask from where that "pot" is? (The one with the blue-white or gold recolour) 'cause I'm sure I've seeing it before but can't pin-point where.

You're welcome! I don't normally like overly shiny textures, but for some reason they seem to work on some flat-faced meshes. XD
