[retexture] Anto mhair58+fhair59 retexture

Have some retextures of two of Anto's three newest hairs. I didn't do the hairband one, because I wanted to fiddle with the headband textures a bit. Same blah blah and colour palette as the last few retextures, though I edited the textures themselves a bit so the shine on the fringe makes more sense.
Not much more to say; I want to shoot a few mutants in Fallout 3 to relieve stress before getting back to the books.
